Four Steps Leting You Install a Shale Shaker on Solids Control System

In our oil and gas drilling works, shale shaker is an important and popular part of the whole solid control system, so how to install a shale shaker and use it in your oil and gas drilling works means a lot.

Generally, installing the shale shaker on solid control system, we should follow the following steps.

1, we could use the screen alone with the slurry influx pipe, which can be made according to the users’ different needs.

2, about the screen cloth: screen cloth is an important part of the whole parts, the whole service life depends on the screen cloth’s quality.

3, fixing screen box during transportation: In order to prevent any damage during transportation, please remember: the locking yoke should be tightly locked in transportation, making sure that there is no relative movement between screen box and pedestal. The locking yoke should be unlocked before its starting, otherwise, the machine will be seriously damaged!

4, The maintenance on sieving medium: the screen should be idly operated for 5~10min before stopping operation every time and the sieving medium should be cleaned with clean water at the same time.
